Privacy Policy of JXComic
1. Scope of Application and Basic Service Instructions
JXComic provides one-click AI comic creation functions, including text-to-comic generation, photo-to-comic conversion, multi-style comic rendering, single-image conversion and dual-image fusion creation. All service functions are opened to users in a free and open manner without any account authentication. During the entire process of users using the App’s creation, preview, saving and management functions, the App will never actively collect, scan, identify or record any user facial information. The App only processes the picture materials and text content actively imported or entered by users independently, and does not automatically obtain any biometric information including facial information from user device albums, cameras or other system permissions. All operation behaviors of users on the App are completely independent, and the App does not monitor or record user facial information in the background in any form.
2. Types of Information Processed by the App
The only information processed by JXComic is the creative content actively provided by users, including text description content input by users for comic creation and image photos uploaded by users for comic style conversion. The App does not collect any personal identity information, device sensitive information, location information, browsing records or behavioral tracking information of users. Meanwhile, it is clearly stipulated that the App will never collect, analyze, store or transmit any user facial information. Even if the pictures uploaded by users contain facial elements, the App only performs overall style rendering and comic effect conversion on the entire picture, and will not independently identify, extract, analyze or store facial information in the pictures. The facial information in user materials will not be separately captured, recorded or used for any additional purposes by the App in any processing link.
3. Local Data Storage Rules
All comic works generated by users through the App, as well as the text and picture materials used for creation, are only stored locally on the user’s personal mobile device. The App does not set up any cloud server storage function, and will not upload any user creative content, operation records or material information to any remote server. In the local storage process, the App strictly does not collect or retain any user facial information. For user local pictures containing facial features, the App only completes the comic style conversion operation locally, and does not extract, cache or store facial information separately. Users can independently view, manage, delete and save local creative works through the built-in work library of the App, and all local data ownership belongs entirely to the user. The App will not automatically retain any user creative materials and facial information related content after users delete local files.
4. Information Usage Rules
All the information processed by the App is only used to complete the core comic creation functions requested by users in real time, including style matching, image fusion, effect rendering and work generation. The user’s input text and uploaded pictures will only be used for the current single creation task, and will not be used for repeated creation, secondary development, push recommendation or other additional purposes. The App firmly does not use any user facial information for any service optimization, data analysis, algorithm training or content matching. Even if the user’s uploaded pictures contain facial content, the facial information is only involved in the overall picture rendering of the current creation, and will not be independently called, analyzed or applied by the App for any other scenarios. The App will not use user creative information and non-existent facial information data to produce any derived content.
5. Information Sharing and Disclosure Rules
JXComic will never share, disclose, transmit or sell any user-related information to any third-party individuals, institutions or platforms under any circumstances. There is no third-party data access interface built into the App, and no third-party service parties can obtain user creative content, operation data or any other user information. At the same time, the App confirms again that it does not collect any user facial information, so there is no situation of sharing or disclosing user facial information to the outside world. All user creation data is limited to local device use by users themselves, and the App will not actively export, transmit or publish any user information and facial related content in any form.
6. Third-Party Service and Data Safety Statement
The core functions of JXComic are independently operated, and the App does not access or embed any third-party data statistics, tracking, advertising or analysis services. There is no third-party code or plug-in that can obtain user information in the App. Since the App does not collect user facial information, there is no risk of leakage, abuse or unauthorized access of user facial information. The App adopts local isolated processing technology for all creative data, which can effectively prevent local data from being illegally read by other device applications. Users can safely use all creation functions, and there is no hidden risk of facial information collection and leakage in the whole service process.
7. User Independent Control Rights
Users have full independent control rights over all personal creative content and local data in the App. Users can independently save generated comic works to local device albums, share works through local sharing channels, and delete unwanted creative works and original materials in the App work library at any time. The App will not interfere with any independent operation of users. Since the App does not collect any user facial information, users do not need to perform any closing, authorization or cancellation operations for facial information related permissions. Users can freely use all functions of the App without worrying about the collection and unauthorized use of personal facial information, and all user rights and interests in the use process are completely independent and controllable.
8. Application Permission Description
The only device permissions that JXComic may apply for are local album access permission (for users to upload picture materials for comic creation) and local storage permission (for saving and managing user creative works). The App will not apply for camera permission, facial recognition permission, biometric identification permission or any other sensitive permissions related to user facial information. The App does not actively capture, identify or record user facial information through any device permission. All permission applications are only to meet the basic use needs of user creation functions, and no permission will be used for additional information collection, especially facial information collection. Users can independently authorize or close relevant device permissions according to their own needs, and closing permissions will not affect the basic use of other text creation functions of the App.
9. Policy Update and User Service Continuity
This Privacy Policy will be continuously optimized and updated according to the function iteration and service upgrade of JXComic. All updated content will be displayed in the App in the form of in-app announcements, and the updated policy will take effect immediately after release. The core principles of the policy will remain unchanged permanently: the App is account-free and login-free, does not charge any fees, and never collects, stores, uses or discloses any user facial information in any service link. All updates of the policy are only to optimize the data protection description and function service specification, and will not change the user’s free use rights and data safety protection standards. Users can continue to use all comic creation functions of the App stably, and the App will always adhere to the strict data protection rules to protect user creative privacy and completely avoid any facial information collection behavior.
